Is it safe to travel outside USA and come back with a theft case pending in the court and I was not finger printed but given a ticket, I need to travel to India for sure, does the officer at port of entry know about the my criminal case pending in the court ? Do I need to carry any documents that u am fighting and was not convicted

We sold our pizza business on contract they took over oct 2013. They locked the door this past Friday and left. They told us to go ahead and sue them they would just declare bankrupsy. Is there anything we cans do?
Your rights are governed by the contract into which you entered for the sale. Take it to an attorney to get advice as to what to do. You may need to file suit to enforce your rights and reclaim the property. If bankruptcy is filed, you may not get any money, but you might be able to get the property back if it was properly secured under your sales contract.

I love can they do that questions.Because obviously they are doing that. No is it legal is a wholly different question. Since the person you gave custody to is not willing to give the child back. So you're going to need to go to court. That said you'll need a lawyer.

Be more specific what this "blackmail" is as the law is very specific. See Penal Code 518.
I have a court date (motion to modify) in less than 1 week. I have not obtained a lawyer yet. I answered the summons as direct to avoid a default judgement. If I go to my court date without a lawyer can I get an extension or have the case moved to a later docket to have time to find an attorney?
Without knowing who is your judge or all the issues involved, I can not be certain. However, in most situations, you will be able to obtain more time to hire an attorney.
My ex-husband and I had a court order giving our children to me the first half of the summer and him the second.
