Question

Answer

You can petition to have it shortened for that purpose. I have worked with recruiters in regard to this issue and other issues which delay or block enlistment.

Answer

Speak to your probation officer, and then bring the matter before the court on a motion with evidence that you have been accepted into the army or whatever you have. In filing the motion, you need to schedule it for a hearing and inform the assistant district attorney as well.
