Question

In IL is a non custodial parent required to pay for half of grade school and health care costs if no parenting agreement is entered? Only orders for child support, daycare, health insurance coverage, and visitation have been entered so far. The child is only 2 but will be going to preschool soon. We were never married so there is no divorce decree.

Answer

Health care should have been covered in the support order - grade school is not normally ordered, except by agreement (separation of church and state)
