My 10th grade son was in his history class watching a movie and there was a scene in the movie where a soldier was tearing off a women's shirt and my son said "rape,rape,rape" and a girl student in his class got very offended and upset by my sons comment and the teacher called me and talked to me and said that my sons comment was sexual harassment. I want to know if that comment was sexual harassment or not.
