my condominium association was awarded my unit for not paying my fees, my stay date is 10/20/2012 do I have to be out by then and what about my bank that I have a mortgage with on the condo

Based on this limited information, if you do NOT vacate the association will take the order of possession to the Sheriff who will then physically evict you. Your mortgage is a totally different issue and unless there is something else going on, remains your obligation to pay regardless of the eviction.
