If a woman accuses a man of raping her, and it's found that she is lying, what happens to her?

Question

If a woman accuses a man of raping her, and it's found that she is lying, what happens to her?

Answer

If the police have firm evidence that she filed a wrongful claim, they could charge her with that. There could be some jail time involved. However, the evidence against her claim would have to be pretty clear for them to take it that far.
