Disney does not hire for entertainmen until you're age 18. Same goes with Universal Studios, or any other major theme park. No, you don't need prior experience- but it helps immensely. Looking polished and doing a great job at your audition makes a heck of a difference in getting casted. As for legit Disney films and TV shows, getting an agent or looking out for casting calls will help you. Disney is always looking for people to audition for walk-ons and many other roles.

If you want to work at the theme parks themselves, you're probably going to have to move if you're casted.
Disney does hire before age 18. look at Miley Cyrus, she's for Disney and she started at 16 Miley Cyrus started when she was 11!
yeah that's bullplop! Miley Cyrus stated at 11 and hetr dad had no experience and they only chose him to act coz he could sing, write songs, and was billy-ray Cyrus!
What about Cole and Dylan Sprouse they started at such a young age as well! That 'rule' must be new...
