My daughter owns a townhome in Chicago, which is now in forclosure.Today sh received a letter in the mail from the homeowners association that she has 24 hours to vacate the home due to pst due association fees, can they do this and will the police be there tomorrow to remove her, she has a newborn son, and an 11 yr old daughter. Please help.

You need to lawyer up and hire an attorney locally to at a minimum review the association bylaws and any court papers and to possibly file an appearance and pleadings in court.
