moving out of state my 12 year old my wife and myself. the 12 year olds mother is staying in calif. now / curently has a no contact order in place can I have the case moved to Idaho where I am moving

Unless your current orders allow the move, you need to obtain an order allowing your move before you move, or you face the possibility of being ordered to return your daughter to California.
