if a person marries a man that was still married and just found out and that the person was only married for less than a yr what is the legalities for this person is the marriage legal ever and can he be arrested for bigamy

The marriage is null and void from the beginning, but you still have to go through an annulment to clear the record and allocate any assets and debts. He can be arrested for bigamy, but most police and district attorneys don't have the resources to prosecute bigamy unless there are also fraud, theft or other crimes involved in a purposeful scheme.
