My wife moved out 7 months ago to be with her boyfriend in PA. she left me and 2 kids in the home.She is now starting to come around to see the kids again and saying I throw her out of the home.I beleive she wants me to move out of the home now, so her and her boyfrind can move in.
What should I do ?.......I live in NJ

She is hallucinating. You have the kids. She can sleep on a park bench. No court will put you out so that she and he can move in.
