At the hearing, the DA agreed to drop it down to a misdemeanor of possession of concentrated marijuana on the condition that they forfeit the confiscated money. In turns, one of these friends fell to appear at is hearing.

This is what leads to my question, how those this affect him crossing the border back into the United-States?
