Im currently awainting a signed consent for adoption and i want to discontinue services with my lawyer for giving me false information. If the signed consent goes back to my lawers office and he is no loger representing me what eill he do with the consent?
Answer
The (former) lawyer should forward any communications that he or she receives on your behalf to you. The attorney may retain a copy for their records however.
