Can you plea a charge of 2nd degree manslaughter to a misdemeanor in district court? kentucky
Answer
Certainly not. Manslaughter second is a class C felony. Someone DIED. One would expect the Commonwealth not to let the individual responsible off with a slap on the wrist with an expungeable conviction. The best a defendant might expect is reckless homicide, which is a class D felony.
