I need to remove my ex-wife's name from the title of my vehicle, but am not in touch with her and do not know where she is. I was given an in rem divorce and no property was awarded. What recourse do I have?

If no marital property was divided among the parties in your divorce,

then your wife is still a co-owner of that vehicle and you will need to

keep looking for her so that you can arrange to buy out her interest

in it and then have her sign the title over to you as the sole owner.
