I recently (yesterday) came to an agreement with my 9 month old daughter's father about visitation. The agreement is Friday night until Sunday Night. However, I feel cheated because I asked the mediator about Mother's Day and he told me it was not good to screw up the routine. However, I didn't know yesterday that Mother's Day falls on a Sunday every year and I feel cheated. Is there anyway I can go back to court and change it to where I get Mother's Day with her all day since Father's Day she will spend with him every year?

Tell the mediator you want it changed before the Judge signs it into order.
