I was approved for what was advertised as a 4 bedroom home for $759.00 monthly through a property rental company, the home was going through a rehab the leasing agent wanted me to sign the lease at the time home was under rehab. They had converted a garage to make this 4th bedroom.however it was not going to have a closet. Now the house is still being advertised as available but at $800.00 monthly and I was told I could still rent it at $750, but I would have to pay more rent for the closet. Can I take this company to court?

If you signed a lease you can enforce the lease.
