I was in a car accident. The lady hit me when I had the right of way. She is claiming that I hit her and is trying to sue me. I have a suspended DL and have less then 10 days to respond to the summons. What do I do?

Report the incident to your insurance company. File a response to the Complaint at once. You have only 30 days within which to do so. Consult a lawyer. Get involved in your own life. It is what it is. Don't end up with a suspended DL AND a judgment against you for money from an incident which you maintain was not your fault. No one is "trying to sue" you. You have been sued. Deal with it.
