I won my small claims court case and now the defendant moved from NY to Georgia - what can i do to collect my money?

You have to obtain a certified copy of the judgment and file the document with the proper authorities in Georgia. You would then have to contact a marshal or sheriff in Georgia to help you collect the money. I would suggest re-posting the question to an attorney that is licensed in Georgia.
