If I'm my brother's legal guarding can I get FMLA. HR at my company said no



Answer

No, FMLA leave is not avalable to an employee for the care of siblings, i.e., brothers and sisters, irrespective of whether s/he has guardianship over the

sibling or not (as far as i am aware).
