May I give one neighbor an e-mail address of another neighbor without permission of the neighbor?

Question

May I give one neighbor an e-mail address of another neighbor without permission of the neighbor?

Answer

This isn't so much legal advice as it is practical advice. Email addresses, generally speaking, are not matters of public record. Since this information cannot typically be accessed by the general public, and if your neighbor has instructed you not to provide the address, then you should obey your neighbor's wishes.
