My boyfriend had to go to court for a probation volation and the court appionted atty they gave him knew nothing about his case( he came the day before it was to go to court) and he mentioned that him and the judge used to be friends but they were no longer friends. so the next day in court the judge took out his dislike for the atty out on my boyfriend. so my question is there anything that can be done as far as getting a nedw atty and have the case reheard in front of a differnt atty or to have a differnt judge hear the case. Can you provide me anything info that might help
