I live in California and am in a divorce. A few months prior to separation my wife and I signed a lease for a new car. She did not want the car and I have been using it as my primary form of transportation, making payments and insurance etc. Will she be responsible for reimbursing me partially since this is a contract we entered into together during the marriage?
