How can I get my felony conviction over-turned and my rights reinstated?

Question

How can I get my felony conviction over-turned and my rights reinstated?

Answer

You will not get your felony conviction "overturned" unless you can

prove that you were wrongfully convicted and as a consequence have received a pardon from the governor. (See Va. Code Sec.

19.2-392.2 et seq.)

As for reinstatement of your civil rights, see the website

of the Secretary of the Commonwealth.
