Since your son did not own it, he cannot sell it.

I agree w/ Atty. Slater. However, U should consider that if the lady does not get the TV, then she can report UR son to the cops 4 stealing her $ by trick/fraud, etc. If she is a senior citizen, the penalties can get enhanced. She can also sue him 4 theft & get 3 times the amount he took + attys. fees & costs.
