My mom owns a busy restaurant but she has been foolish with her money. She wants to file bankruptsy and put the restaurant in my name. Can any of her creditors come after me?

She can't transfer the restaurant to you and then claim to be "assetless" when she goes into the bankruptcy court. That's fraudulent.
