52 year old female: aeortic valve replacement (mechanical). an artery was compromised causing an aschemic attack. patient was again put on machine for double by pass. causing loss of 30% of heart. 2nd heart attack followed requiring a stint in another artery. 3 months and she has limited activity, weak, low blood pressure, and fatigue. what do you think? the MD is not encouraging at this point.
