If kids get high at my house without me knowing then while leaving hit some mailboxes can I be held responsible for the damage or is it the drivers responsibility?

If it was your vehicle, you're on the hook as the vehicle owner so long as the driver was driving with permission. You may also be liable if it was your child driving (if you signed his license application, you may have accepted responsibility for any accident he had). Otherwise, you're probably okay so long as you can prove that you did not know or have reason to know of the partying going on at your home.
