If I am on Deferred Disposition for a traffic violation (speeding) in one city, can another city see that I'm on Deferred Disposition on a central Texas database (like DPS) or something similar? Can the original city that I'm on Deferred Disposition with see if I received another traffic violation in a different county?
Answer
Not likely BUT if you try to get another deferred and lie about the pending case, or if you lie to get your current deferred dismissed, then you could be prosecuted for a felony if you are under oath or at least contempt of court.
