My brother is the personal representative of our father's estate. My father passed in October, 2009. We are closing out his estate currently. We are drafting a Quick Claim Deed, transferring the house to my brother and myself. What is the correct wording in the first paragraph on the deed. Where it indicated whose is transferring from my father to his two sons.
