How Owen hart was dead?
He was going to make his entrance as "Blue Blazer" from a cable from the ceiling of the arena, but unfortunately there was a problem with the cable and it broke letting Owen fall to the ring freely, hitting one of the ringposts and ultimately killing him. R.I.P. Owen Hart
