What are the advantages and disadvantages of drive bans for polluting vehicles?
Well, it can make it hard to do business in the area affected by the ban. It makes it hard for tourists and other people who do not live in that area to get there (and spend their money).
The advantage is that it can improve the air quality, which can make people want to be there more, so they might find another way to get in. (This does not always happen.)
