Question

A tenant lease agreement ended on the last day of the month and he started to move out. most of his stuff is out of the house but he still have a few items inside. Is there anything the landlord can do to take control of his property?

Answer

In order to take possession from your tenant, you will need to commence a lawful eviction. Either that, or get your tenant to turn over the keys and/or sign an acknowledgment that they have vacated the apartment.
