What to do when non-custodial parent is not following court ordered stipulations?



Answer

You file a motion to show cause the offending party and the court will decide whether or not to find them in contempt. Contact my office for more information I would be happy to assist you.



Answer

File a motion for showcause. The judge can compel the parties to abide by the court order and/or hold them in contempt if the judge believes they have intentionally violated the order.
