I purchased a damaged bike off Craigslist and fixed it with a new frame. Once I fixed it and got tired of the bike I sold it. I just recently found out the bike was stolen and I cannot find what I did with the bill of sale. All I remember is the first name of the guy that sold me the bike.

If you've been charged with dealing in stolen property you face up to 15 years in prison so my first advice would be to get an attorney. At a minimum you should do what investigation you can ( a private investigator would be helpful) and find out who the buyer is so that you can protect yourself. The small amount you pay now I'm sure is worth the potential loss of your freedom.
