I have a lien on a house but I have the deed to it. The bank wants to foreclose on the property but I have a cash buyer. Can I sell it myself??
Answer
You can sell it until such time as you dont own it anymore due to the foreclosure sale and transfer of title. You will need to pay the mortgage off to pass clear title to someone else.
