I recieved a medical non compliance letter from a dr. office and was discharged from there care. I was not medically non compliant. I do not want this letter in my medical files I find it slanderous. is there anything i can legally do about this. Will it hurt me

Send a certified letter to the physician asking that the record be corrected and why. Also ask that your letter be made part of your medical file.
