My husband and i got a new car..i used my car as a trade in plus i paid a $300 deposite but we put the car in his name because of my credit problems. I make the payments every month he has paid mayb three. The insurance comes out of his account everymonth for the car and his truck. He constantly threatens to take the keys and not allow me to drive it when he gets angry. I want to know what are my rights as far as the car is concerned?

Since you foolishly allowed the car to be put only in his name but nevertheless

apparently assumed financial responsibility for making payments on it,

your "rights" such as they might be would apparently not include any

particular right to drive or operate this vehicle (in my opinion).
