Question

My question is. If a father and mother makes a contract stating the amount of child support that the father is to pay each month. The contract is signed and dated by both parties, and notorized. Can the mother take the father to court for child support if he is following the contract that they both signed?

Answer

Its not a court order so this may not be enforceable.
