Question

My step-daughter (6) started playing softball. Her mom signed her up and REQUIRES that we take her on our time. Honestly, we do not want to take her we would rather spend the time with her doing things together as a family. Her mom said that she will strip us of our visitation if we do not take her. Can we be in trouble in the courts eyes becaues we do not want her to play ball?

Answer

Maybe what you folks ought to do is hire a mediator to help you work this dispute out.
