i live in the state of florida and my employer wrote me up about an incident that occured between myself and an human resource staff. they stated that i was unprofessional towards her. when i recieved the disclipinary form the information was incorrect and when i tried to comment on the form, my employer stated i need to COMPLETE another form because i am not allowed to make comments. isnt that unfair?

Perhaps, but that is not the test. The question is whether it is legal. Check your human resource policies and see what your recourse is.
