my fiancee turned himself in for being a fugitive from justice in florida. we have letters of recommendations from his bosses and receipts from where he paid his probation even though he didnt report to his po. is there anything that can help him in court?

He needs to get with a criminal defense lawyer asap to discuss his options. From what you are describing, his receipts may be helpful but he absconded (left) his probation. Most judges do not take kindly to that.
