Question

Watching Grandchildren Play Little League Baseball

My grandsons are 8 and 6. Since my sons wife had a baby girl last year she seems to have some emotional problems. My wife and I used to get the boys every weekend and took them to all of their activities. Now my sons wife said we can not talk to them or come see them.

Is there any law from stopping me to go to the little league park and what their baseball games.

Could she call the law on me at the ball park..... or even at the grocery store?

I have no criminal record, and no bad marks of any kind.

Anybody can call the police. However, I don't think you will be violating the law if you go to a public place and the kids are there. However, keep in mind if she gets a protective order, you must comply with that court order or you will be violating the law and subject to arrest.
