I had spine surgery two years ago to remove a tumor, after surgery I have a drooping eye, numbness in right arm and hand and pain in upper back and shoulder if I try to do anything physical.I did not want to sue at first, hoping it would get better, but has not.can I sue doctor for personal injury?
Answer
Bad results or less then perfect results are not malpractice. You need medical support for the fact that the results are due to the physician's having doe something wrong or failing to do something he should have done. In addition, the statute of limitations on malpractice claims is 2 years. Seek legal help as soon as possible.
