My daughter was taken from her mom by florida child services, I went thru the hoops at court and now have my daughter. My ex and I were never married and she now lives in an alcohol treatment program at the rescue mission.there is no visitation order and she has not seen our daughter since last Jan and spoke on the phone last the day after mothers day. Can I leave Florida and move to Texas, the child services ladies said I could.
