Who are some successful game designers?
Game Designers? I'm really not sure, however, game companies i know some. Rockstar is one of the company's, right at this moment they havn't made any new games however, they are working on Max Payne 3 and True Crime Hong Kong. In their earlier years they have made some progress, they made Red Dead Redemption, which is a cowboy type third person shooter, i have played it and it was quite great. Grand theft Auto IV (4) was also another third person shooter that takes place in modern New york City, in a crime based game where the main character whats to kill his main enemy he has made in his life in the city. Even older games they have made were for the Play Station 2 and the PSP like Grand Theft Auto (GTA) 3, GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City, GTA Vice City Stories, and GTA Liberty City Stories. Activision made Call of Duty (COD) and COD United Offensive, an add-on to the first game. COD 2, COD 3, and COD 4 that broke the First Person Shooter genre. However, then Treyarch took over in the company and made COD World At War, COD Modern Warfare 2 and COD Black Ops. Another Successful company is 2k which made its new release, Mafia 2, a sequel to its first version, which came out 8 years ago, i am currently playing this game and LOVING IT.
