My land lord is billing me 100$ for an animal im watching for my son, while the "Care Taker" has a Rock-waler that would make 3 of my sons dog.
My Gas meter has been estamated for the past 5 months due to the "Care Taker" not letting them in to read the meters.
Is there any legal proscess that i can persue.

Not for the pet fee, but maybe for the meter, if it's actually caused you damages. But can you not give the gas company access yourself? if the estimates were too high, they'll give you a credit.
