How do you host a formal meeting?
Provide drinks and copies of what you are going to be doing at the meeting to everyone. Make sure no children, animals or people not involved in the meeting are not there, otherwise the people who are there may find it a bit disturbing and uncomfortable. Try to hire a hall or room somewhere else, so it is not like a 'sit down chat and try and do something at my house' kind of meeting, however if you cannot rent a room, try your best to make your house/room you will be in as clean and tidy as possible.
