Wife wife and I have been separated since March 2012. We both had been financing a car which she had during this separation. She just (1/30/13) moved to Portland, Oregon before we had started divorce paperwork. Her parents paid off the rest of the car loan and said I could get it back if I paid them. On top of this, I find that Honda put only her name on the title. Do I have any claim to this as marital property without my name on the title with my name showing on the car loan materials?

Why are you not filing for divorce yet? I suggest you hire a divorce attorney and have the entire case worked out, instead of just this one issue. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768
