i am curious if i can sue for harassment on the grounds of falsifying information regarding a no contact order. i have all the proof in the world. the no contact order was the begining of it because i dropped a gift off at the school for my biological son. i didnt fight the no contact order to save my biological son the stress confusion and pain of all of this. i have met all of the demands required but now they have falsified information and are taking me back to court for civil contempt, and possibly sueing me. i am in fear of defamation of my reputation, loss of finances, and depression anxiety.
